Gourmet potato variety from Maine with white flesh and smooth thin brown skin and smooth yet fluffy texture. Well-suited to baking, boiling, frying, or stewing. Known as one of the best for making French fries or potato chips. A midseason variety that typically takes about 90 days to mature. Resistant to many common potato diseases, making them easier to grow than many other potato varieties
