German Butterball (Certified Organic)


A gourmet potato variety with a brown peel and yellow flesh. Specialty potatoes have a buttery melt-in-your-mouth flavor and flakey texture. Most commonly used as baking potatoes but can also be fried or roasted. Late-season variety that generally takes 110-135 days to grow to maturity.
