Farm-to-Pantry Tomato Preservation Workshop

Ever wanted to be able to eat your own tomatoes all winter long? Try preserving them! This class will start at Frog Hollow Farm with a review of tomato varieties, harvesting techniques, and picking tomatoes for the class. The class will then move to the kitchen at Goodness Botanicals to review prep and storage techniques. We will complete a live canning session, as well as discuss other storage options such as freezer methods. You will go home with 1 canned jar of tomatoes and 6 freezer-ready tomato packs.
